INCREASE SHADOWS, BANNERS ETC RANGE

When making huge builds in Minecraft trying to get a wide view of my build looks awful due to shadows popping in and out with vibrant visuals, I am aware this is a work in progress but I really hope it gets fixed banners aswell have pretty much zero range.
