Copper Golems should consider item model data when sorting.

If the user or server has a datapack enabled that adds custom items to the game, through the item_model component. The copper golem ignores all component data, which is in my opinion - a good item. But I feel like it should at least take into account the item_model data when sorting so custom items that are added with datapack can be sorted properly.
