Make how shelves depict items/blocks a customizable client-side feature.

Since there are split decisions and opinions about how the new shelves in the latest snapshots should have items and blocks stored in the middle and float or rest on the bottom of the shelf, why not just add a customizable feature within video settings for players to choose which one they want to see. This customizable option would allow for everyone to be happy with the new shelf features as well as allow for further creative opportunities when creating detailed builds in multiplayer or survival. Also, being able to adjust whether not an item or block would be shown in the middle or bottom of the shelf would not impact redstone machines or contraptions at all since it is only a client-side, visual display of blocks or items that could be different among each player.
