Ghast whistle & horn

I have been haveing problems lately with tamed H/ghasts when i get off of them. They fly away randomly, to solve this, i propose the addition of gost horns being used to call them, if not goat horns, then a entirely new caller, like a whistle

  Then they could finally use ghast/affectionate_scream.ogg in game as either the noise the whistle makes, or the noise the ghast makes when it hears the call.
