Re-add sneaking in inventories and chat.

I know why this was removed - it is because the toggle right-click option let you shield or eat in the inventory. That's fair to remove it. It's a bummer but still fair.

But why in the nether did you remove this for toggle-sneak? It is used by trappers, spying friends and anyone whom wants to stay hidden while opening a chest.

This is especially bad now with the locator bar which will leak your information without sneaking. 

My intent with this post is to make Mojang realize why this is NOT the right decision.
