Shelves: Reverse Item Positioning and make them as Big as on Bedrock

Shelves are among of the biggest Design and Detail changes added to the game. Plenty of Designs (Items placed in Shelves) like using Slabs or End Rods for Cabinets or such as Banners for Store or Goal Counters work very well on Bedrock.
Yet on Java, the Items, especially the Blocks look very small in Comparison and now the re-positioning onto the Bottom of the Shelves significantly decrease the Possibilities of this great Block.
