Lower the copper lantern and torch light levels from 15 and 14 to 13 and 12

Currently, the copper lantern and torch emit the same light level as normal torches and iron lanterns, while soul lanterns and torches have a light level of 10. If their light levels were lowered to something in between, it would add a bit more variety for our lighting options

    That sounds better. Copper light sources should be unique

    Yea, mabye some actual green light instead of the default lighting as the default torch, each torch should emit different colors of lights
