Make copper torches oxidize copper faster (Or maybe another function)

The copper torches, introduced in 25w32a, are functionally identical to normal torches. Usually, builders have to wait many time to get oxidized blocks. So that feature might be useful. If you only want to decorate, there is still the honeycomb to avoid the oxidation.

Possible changes

• Make the lighting range of copper torches also the limit to where the blocks oxidize faster.
