Revert the Shelf block

In the latest snapshot (25w32a), shelf blocks were changed to display items at the bottom, and while this may seem like a small adjustment, it significantly reduces the size of the items and has ruined many of the creative uses shelves once had. The most devastating change for me is how it affects banners they used to fit perfectly in the slots, allowing for incredibly creative designs like headlights or shop signs. This update has taken away one of the most versatile and artistic building tools in Minecraft. Please reconsider this change. The previous version was perfect and allowed for unmatched creativity.
