Copper torches should glow underwater and have brightness levels.

We all know that copper is somehow connected with the underwater world (drowned drop copper)

Copper torches can have their own special feature: they can be placed under water. Also, over time, these torches dim and emit less light, as happens with copper bulbs.

  Copper torches underwater doesn't make sense. Copper doesn't protect the flame; it only changes its color. This reflects real life.
