Copper blocks can charge with lightning

Copper blocks can charge when placed beneath lightning rods. Observers can detect that and they have an animated texture. When the charged block is mined, it still keeps the data. It will turn nearby copper blocks into the charged variation. They have all types of blocks like copper grates and chiseled copper blocks. It can also charge copper armor when you walk over them while wearing it. Tools work too.
