This feedback proposes a rework of the Illusioner, transforming it into an elite enemy that complements the Evoker. The idea is to give the Illusioner a tactical role, making encounters with it more challenging and memorable.
The Illusioner would appear in two specific locations: as the Evoker's bodyguard, near its room in Woodland Mansions, and as the final enemy of the last raid wave.
Its true strength would lie in its synergy with the Evoker. When they are near each other, the Evoker would grant the Illusioner speed bonuses and the ability to inflict blindness on players, making it more dangerous. Furthermore, instead of turning invisible, the Illusioner would swap bodies with its clones with every arrow it shoots. White particles would indicate which is the real Illusioner, giving the player a chance to react.
After the Evoker is defeated, the Illusioner would immediately lose all bonuses and change its strategy, relying only on its bow and illusions for self-defense, making it easier to combat.
The difficulty indicates which bonuses the Evoker will give to the Illusioner:
Easy: No bonuses.
Normal: Only the speed bonus.
Hard: Both bonuses (speed and blindness).
Finally, the text suggests adding a spawn egg for the Illusioner in creative mode and fixing known bugs, such as passing through walls and levitation.
It's a finished mob and only has 2 bugs to fix, pretty please 🥺🤣
