Happy Ghasts shouldn't move when wearing a harness.

For a mob that's meant to allow players to fly, happy ghasts like to fly around a lot by themselves. Using leads and snowballs can be very finicky, and often doesn't work before they leave. Therefore, I propose that either happy ghasts don't move, or stay within a close range of the ground, when wearing a harness.

    You're right, they shouldn't but you should be able to press wasd to move them tho

    It definitely shouldn't be. They are also alive, not a car designed to drive. I think it adds a very nice atmosphere to the game when happy ghasts wander around on their own, even when wearing harness. It can be annoying sometimes, I get it. But you can tie it up for the ghasts to stand on, or you can build a house or Landing strip for them. It's a sandbox game, after all. It's up to your creativity to find solutions
