Shelves option for left-to-right

Currently, shelves fill player hotbar from right to left.

While this makes sense since most players keep their tools on the left, it would be nice to have a client-side setting for the player to decide if he prefers left-to-right or right-to-left order when interacting with Shelves, since after all, how you organise your hotbar is up to you, and boils down to personal preferences.

    Client side doesn't make sense. If anything it should be *where* the shelf is receiving redstone power from (left or right side).
