Lucky potion's luck

I like the lucky potion, but it does nothing, so i want it for: +3 Luck.

We need luck.

    I did a creative world with attribute luck, 1024, then the luck effect, 255.

    It did NOTHING! If anything at all.

    I am not even sure if the luck attribute is working, or if it is broken.

    They need the luck attribute to do more per point. not even joking, one luck point should be doing more than what one thousand is doing right now.
