Bring back the Spawn chuncks

The spawn chunks are a core feature of the game that players have been using for years to build farms and other automatic things, mosty people do not know or understand how to make chunck loaders, and even if they did they not only require a high amount of resources, but the chunck loaders only affect one chunck at a time.

Please bring back the 12x12 spawn chuncks that are always loaded, it affects a great part of the community
