Phantoms fear copper golems and their statues

If a copper golem is near phantoms, it will scare/distract them all within a 32-block radius. A copper golem statue does the same, but within a 16-block radius. This gives the copper golem a way to protect the player like the other current golems do, while keeping its cute charm.

Optionally, the oxidization of the copper golem could reduce the scare radius.
