Small tweak, right-clicking a Shelf should only swap items when crouching

Shelves should only swap items when crouching, instead of the other way around. Seeing as they will be used a lot in builds, it would be extremely tedious to have them everywhere and to accidentally, say, swap your shield out when you wanted to block, or place your food when you wanted to eat.
