Waxed copper blocks should turn into Waxed copper golems

When you place a pumpin on a Waxed copper block, it turns into an Unwaxed chest and golem. That doesn't feel intuitive, and it's a waste of honeycomb since you have to wax both the chest and golem, on top of what you spent on the original copper block.

Hence, if you put a pumpkin on a pre-waxed copper block, the resulting chest and golem should come pre-waxed as well.
