Confetti Creepers

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a miniscule percent chance that a creeper would explode with confetti instead of actually killing you? Imagine players giving a sigh of relief knowing that they didn't die then and there, and instead got a funny surprise. I think it would really heighten the experience, especially if it leaves players happy, laughing, and grateful that they can keep playing. Please note that this would be an extremely rare occurance, something that happens so infrequently that you'd forget it's a feature, but when it does happen in that rare percent chance, you're left feeling happy you didn't die and that you got to experience it.

Furthermore, you could craft confetti with any color of wool to make a rainbow handful and be able to throw it(right click), having particles similar to fireworks that dissipate after a few seconds.
