Revamping the dungeons and strongholds

so in minecraft we have dungeons and strongholds that haven't really received an update since being added.

so the idea is dungeons actually become what their name says they are, while strongholds become more loot and lore based, like some bookshelves actually have readable books or enchantment books, while adding new rooms like an armory, a small forge, a living space, etc.

it would allow a bigger loot table for the strongholds and all the dungeons.

while since I dont make mods or games, I'm just asking if this could ever be possible without mods someday.
