Larger GUI support for PS4 edition split screen

The GUI on split screen mode for PS4 is very small and unable to be adjusted. Trying to find an item in my inventory causes eye strain and makes playing with others in this manner unenjoyable. I understand that some UIs such as double chests might not fit the screen with a larger scaled UI on horizontal split screen, however these could be adjusted accordingly. I do not own Minecraft on other consoles, but I would imagine this issue is present on those as well.
