Common and rare item rarity colors are too similar

Would you believe me if i said i never knew enchanted items had a different name color until recently? This is because my colorblindness makes pure cyan (0x00FFFF) look identical to white to me. I would appreciate it if it was changed to another color like perhaps a bright blue, or allow resource packs to change rarity colors so at least if people wouldn't like the change, i can tell the difference.
