Axes should be able to deoxidise copper in dispenser

Currently, axes have no purpose in dispensers. Having axes being able to deoxidize copper and copper golems would be a great quality-of-life change, as it could allow for automatic copper deoxidizers.

    this needs more votes! I have this cool build concept where golems walk on a single block, but if one turns into a statue it could break the whole build!
