Tacky piston: Redstone parity/ new component

This piston variant would act as a sticky piston but also spit out its block when given a one tick pulse, matching sticky piston behavior on the Java edition. The current sticky piston would be changed to not spit out its block. The tacky piston would be crafted with a honey bottle. This would be a significant addition for bedrock redstone, and the updated sticky piston would be useful for Java redstone as well. This would make redstone more similar between the two games, helping new players. Any sticky pistons in Java edition worlds could be automatically converted to tacky pistons so as to not break any redstone builds.
