Currently, the copper golem statues provide 4 different signal strengths, depending on the pose they are in. However, there are 4 different levels of oxidation (normal, exposed, weathered, oxidized), and together this would allow for 16 possible configurations of a copper golem statue, which corresponds to 16 levels of power that it could give off, counting from 0 to 15.
Of course, this wouldn't work if more poses are planned, though in that case perhaps you could still allow for some variation on signal strength based on oxidation level? If there are 8 or fewer poses, you could split it into groups of two (with normal and exposed poses being equivalent, and the same for weathered and oxidized).
