Shelves should be able to be locked using resin

Left clicking a shelf with resin should prevent items from being added to it and current items from being removed. Resin is often used as a glue in the real world, so it makes sense that it could do the same in Minecraft. This should be able to be removed with an axe like wax from copper. This functionality could even be added to item frames for the sake of consistency.
