Allow Copper Golems to Sort Based on Components (e.g. enchantment, name)

In the most recent Preview (1.21.110.20), Copper Golems no longer distinguish between like items with different components. This means that it is no longer possible to sort enchanted books based on their enchantment, or renamed items based on their name. Whilst this is useful in some circumstances, it can make other sorting systems (e.g. non-stackable item sorters) unworkable.

To get the best of both worlds, it would be beneficial if there was an optional way for Copper Golems to be sensitive to items components. Perhaps you could give them a spyglass so they can see items "up close".

Yes, I think that allay is becoming useless now, because they do the same thing as the copper golem — they sort things with different components as one item. Let the golem do a more detailed sorting, and leave the common sorting function to allay.

I wanted to use copper golem for a signed book based access system, wich doesn't work now :(
