Remove New Dye Base.

While the new unique dye textures are nice, the brown bases on each of them are unnecessary and add clutter to the texture. Additionally, the inclusion of said base - seemingly mimicking a paint palette - makes no sense, as wood is not used in the dye crafting recipe.

    If there has to be a dye base, it could be crafted with 2 wooden slabs to give 4 dye bases. Then the dyes can be put on top of the dye bases and placed into the world.
