Happy Ghast Horn!

Say, if your somewhere and you need your Happy Ghast to come to you (in a radius) or below your Happy Ghast and your trying to get it to you need your Happy Ghast to come to you. Introducing, the Happy Ghast Horn! I think this would  be a great addition to the Happy Ghast because it would allow players to have the nearest tamed Happy Ghast to come to them if they need them. The crafting recipe would need a goat horn, note block, and a ghast tear made in a crafting table. The layout would be the goat horn in the middle of the 3x3 grid, and a ghast tear on the top middle of the 3x3 grid with a note block on the bottom of the middle of the 3x3 grid.
