Update Minecraft for New Nintendo 3DS Edition

This version of Minecraft mentioned above is made by a different company. The world size was limited; the render distance was locked at 3 and also blaze drop glowstone dust, and you had to look around with a small button on the New Nintendo 3DS Console. It didn't update past 1.12 for years until now, so they should update it (Really).
