Water Mounts

While Minecraft already has boats, how cool would it be to have a faster and more personal ride on long water expansions? A water mount could fulfill this need while being a cool new mob addition!

Water mounts would stop moving when the player gets off them, so they don't drift off.

Players can place a block adjacent to a waiting water mount so they can build in the water without going floor-up, making them super helpful for building in watery areas.

They can also move on land, but they're much slower so a lead would be preferable.

Water mounts could look like mini loch ness monsters with different color variations and mossy vines streaming down from their necks to their tails that serve as a saddle and reigns.

They can also be given a turtle helmet for extra protection!
