New passive mob: the Clawd

Under powdersnow holes in cold biomes, there can be found the Clawd bud. Mine it and place it on a quartz block, and after some time, the Clawd will hatch. Its a peaceful, but lazy mob that sleeps 3/4 of the day and only awakes for five minutes per day. When its awake, there is a 100% chance that it sneezes out two or three sparkling quartz. Sometimes it sneezes twice. The sparkling quartz can be placed on an anvil, where it can give items unique new enchantments. If a player puts a carpet on the Clawd, it will wear a cute hat. The Clawd can be healed and breeded with normal nether quarz and its so scared of strays, that it will try to run away of them. There's no possibility to wake up the Clawd manually, not even killing it.
