Improved cross world structure block

The current way of moving structures throughout worlds with a structure block, is by exporting the structure, and changing the file into the world you wish to move it to. This is overly complicated, and virtually impossible for Android players who cannot access Minecraft world files. The best way to change this is to give structure blocks a "Global" option to make it so the structure can be generated throughout different worlds.
