Can you make it so that you can change the shader thing in bedrock edition?

This shader thing can make lags happen for some players. it must be in vidoe settings so you can change the setting. It can make stuff lag sometimes can you do that?

    If you don't understand i'm saying it bothers some players it needs to be seen in vidoe settings.
