Alternative to hopper and dropper for item transportation (Java & Bedrock)

There should be a new block that acts as a replacement for the hopper and dropper for item transportation.

This block should be able to transport items in all six directions and its rate should be inferior to water stream item transportation.

Right now transporting items upward is unnecessarily complicated using droppers.

Hoppers are also lag inefficient, many times hoppers are used solely for transporting items, and their collection function is useless in these cases and only causes more lag. It also takes a lot of resources to craft many hoppers, requiring lots of wood and iron.

The new items will serve to fix these problems, making it more beginner-friendly, especially for upward item transportations, while also benefiting the technical Minecraft community.

Hoppers will mostly be used for item collections, and hoppers will be used for ejecting items, serving their intended purpose.
