利用/time指令获取客户端系统时间

我们可以给time新增一个新的可选项，使其能够获取客户端时间。这一点会十分利好服务器以及各种原版地图制作者。

例如，我们给/time新增了一个client可选项：

/time client <option>

（从上到下将依次获取客户端的系统时间：时、分、秒）

/time client hour
/time client minute
/time client second

日期方面，我认为time并不适合直接获取，或许拿给可能出现的“/date”会更为合适。
