Add option to disable Player Radar in Bedrock Edition

The new Player Radar in Minecraft Bedrock Edition can be very disruptive for certain gameplay styles like PvP, stealth, or survival games. While it may help some players, it removes the ability to stay hidden, surprise others, or play more privately.

Currently, there is no way to disable it. We ask for the option to toggle it off in world settings or through commands (like gamerule), or at least restrict it to specific modes (Creative/Adventure).

Please respect player freedom and give us more control over such features.
