Copper tools but as an Alloy

Instead of making copper armour like diamond and iron making an alloy armour with help of iron and copper mixing or copper and gold mixing or both it will be like an upgrade to existing ones Adding copper tools is useless almost because iron tools are now easier to get so copper tools are not an usefull or a great idea people will love for a while but the alloy idea is great in my perspective,Can workout like this thing Thanks
