The Secret Wandering Trader School

I think that there should be secret underground Wandering Trader school where Villagers learn how be Wandering Traders (how to live off the land, how to brew potions of invisibility, trade better and travel better). It would have a structure on top so you would know that it is there, and a secret entrance. To find the school, you would need to get a map from the Cartographer and instructions to open the secret door by unlocking the trade and by having high enough popularity so that they trust you enough to show you how to get to the school. There should be Redstone Golems guarding the entrance that are hostile towards players unless they are holding the map to the school, so that you can't go in without the map, and there should be something inside that gives you Mining Fatigue so that you can't just mine in. To make players want to go there, there should be some item or block that would make it possible for players to make Redstone Golems, and the block would have some way to make it renewable, but you would need a lot of diamonds or something as to not make it too easy. This idea will need polishing, so feel free to comment your suggestions.
