Add an option to change between bedrock uis

The oreUI breaks alot UI related recourse packs so the idea is like the previous beta versions on bedrock, add an button to change between the oreUI and the previous one since the previous one is more customizable with recourse packs also most of the bedrock users prefer the old bedrock UI since most of them are used to it
