Anti-Players/Costumers

Why is Mojang/Microsoft so anti-costumer/anti-player? Why is it so hard to give us simple things? Bedrock on Mac? Realm servers in my state for better latency? Or maybe even allow us to use RTX on our OWN world? Why is Mojang/Microsoft so against people that want to enjoy the game? There’s a characters limit but there are so many things I could say, it does not fit in here. Do Better. Game is not in Alpha anymore, with all the resources Microsoft has it is a shame it does not delivery what it could and should.
