Ghastlings should become Rideable

I think it would be cute if Ghastling were rideable by placing a saddle on them, they would have a 1-player capacity and would server as a smaller and faster version of the Happy Ghast. With the disadvantage that the player can't stand on top of it and mobs cant be leashed into it in the same way they can be leashed into Happy Ghast (maybe small mobs could be an exception, like rabbits or chickens)
