Jungle Update with Monkeys! (Read Details)

Update generation to jungles by adding in the new tamable mob "The Monkey." They are tamed with bananas which can be found in the new banana trees that include green logs and planks. The Monkey will be able to sit on player's shoulder similar to a parrot. New vines will hang from trees that monkeys can swing on. 

Possible Monkey Features!

  • Assistance with Mining or Fighting if you hand them a tool. (Monkey's are quite smart In real life)
  • Steal Items from Players or Mobs and gift them to you. (Mischievous Monkey actions)

Other Possible Additions!

  • New mob Monkeyman added in tribes around Jungle temples, barter bananas to them similarly to bartering gold with piglins.
  • Updated Jungle Temple + new loot table

Why this Update?

This update would be to spread awareness to jungles and rainforests around the world. Hundreds of Monkey species are endangered due to environmental issues and increased deforestation. I would genuinely appreciate for the awareness of the issue to spread. Around 30% of the Amazon Rainforest has burned down. Save all the animals by spreading awareness.

    You're suggesting some good ideas. Personally, I'm all for it.

For the Big Foot in the Jungle Temple, I can see a snow version (Yeti) that would be aggressive, unless you're wearing a leather hat or holding a banana.

And any suggestion that adds wildlife, I'm all for.

    This would be cool if they did more tropical stuff with it too. Bananas, crabs, coconuts, monkeys, maybe even palm trees. People have been talking about that stuff for sooo long.
