Powered rails should be crafted with Copper instead of gold

Make regular powered rails copper.

All Powered rails should be crafted with copper instead of gold, copper is redstone conductive gold is not. all existing powered rails could be changed to a powered rail made with copper, functioning exactly the same just with a different crafting recipe and texture.

  Gold is alchemically magical, it's just better for "food" you know.
  Copper is redstone conductive it's technologically magical, it's just a better use for rails.
  it's also copper is more common cheaper than gold so more people are able to use rails more.
