Allow Copper Golem to interact with chiselled bookshelves

It would be useful if they could interact with chiselled bookshelves in the same way as chests (the exception being they can only put books in them), the same rules would apply, only books of the type already in the bookshelf would be stored, this would make them handy librarians as well as general purpose sorters.
