Zombies, Skeletons and their variants should spawn with copper armor, the chance may be higher than gold, and also the chance is even higher in the dripstone caves, and for drowned, also in the trial chambers, the mobs that spawn from ominous trial spawner have a chance to spawn with copper armor and swords

  They already do spawn with copper armour
