Copper Golems should be "Overcharged" when struck by lightning

Since the Copper Golem already has a lightning rod on its head, it would be an interesting idea to have the Copper Golem suddenly move a lot faster for a short duration of time after being shocked by lightning.

    As mobs that are effected by lighting normally under go a permeant change. I'd suggest that the speed boost last forever with a visual change to show that its now an "Overcharged" Golem. Such as a lit up antenna or an all over particle effect (like a charged Creeper).

    This could also be better if the Copper Golem got unoxidized when struck, like regular copper.

    I love the idea of a suoercharged golem, it can be optional too so if there are players who prefer slow golems they can have slow golems, the same with the ones who wants fast golems just using lightning.

    It would be cool if this could be combined with the copper golems eyes somehow, maybe that the eyes are off by default, but they turn on when struck with lightning. Would also be cool to have statues with the eyes on
