Sniffers as Platforms

Since the happy Ghast shows how standing on mobs could work, that functionality could easily be added to the sniffer, which is fictional, so we don’t have to worry about encouraging kids to stand on them, it doesn’t have much use, and it would probably see a lot of use with minecarts and such to make moving platforms for parkour and such
