Copper Golem and Food Update????

So we all know about the copper update. But in the Youtube video at 3:08 there seem to be blue berries...on a vine. And at 2:01 there is red thing on a bush that is in the shape of an apple. Could this mean fruit bushes??
My friend and I have been constantly looking for secrets in the video and I think we could be getting a Copper + Food Update!!! I really hope I'm right let me know what you think!
